Meet Elaina Papke, MA
Elaina Papke, MA, is an ordained pastor and experienced Christian counselor who has served individuals and families for nearly three decades. She holds a Master’s Degree in Christian Counseling as well as a Biblical Counseling degree from the American Association of Christian Counselors. Her approach to counseling is firmly Christ-centered, integrating biblical truth, prayer, and compassionate guidance to help people navigate personal, relational, and spiritual challenges. Pastor Elaina is also certified and trained in Theophostic Prayer Ministry and has extensive experience with other inner-healing ministries. Her years of pastoral ministry and Christian counseling provide a foundation for walking alongside individuals seeking healing, restoration, spiritual growth, and greater freedom in Christ.
Meet Randy Kutz, MA
Randy Kutz, MA, is the Senior Pastor at Foundation Stone and he holds a master’s degree in Mental Health Therapy from Huntington University and brings decades of experience in pastoral ministry, counseling, and community service. He has served as a pastor and elder at Foundation Stone Church for 28 years and as Director of Apostolic Team Ministries for 25 years. Randy also spent 10 years as a director with Cherry Street Mission, working directly with individuals facing addiction, abuse, homelessness, and mental health challenges. His work reflects a longstanding commitment to helping people find hope, healing, and practical support through some of life’s most difficult circumstances.
